Key Real Estate Services is a New York State-based REALTOR® that provides services to property sellers and buyers, and specializes in transactions involving estate, senior homeownership, and pre-foreclosure sales.

Key Real Estate Services, LLC, provides only exclusive agency to its clients. This is a unique client/agent relationship that charges Key Real Estate Services with the sole responsibility of valuation, marketing, negotiation, and transaction management. Why use exclusive representation? The answer is commitment. If a client makes a commitment to Key Real Estate Services, we make a commitment to satisfy our client's goals.
Our procedure is highly personable and professional. After an initial home visit, we create a unique marketing plan for your property and advice how to prepare it for sale. This includes as many as 18 different websites, posting to the Multiple Listing Service, and may extend to direct mail and print advertising. We then show the house to potential buyers, negotiate offers, and manage the transaction through closing.
We undertake the full process of selling a house, relieving sellers from handling the complicated business of real estate.

Thank you for your interest in the Key Real Estate Services website. I am Allison Jaffe, a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker working independently as an Owner/Broker. I honed my experience in traditional, general real estate firms employing multiple salespeople. Then I designed a company through which I, personally, would provide essential services to clients with acute needs to sell their real property.
I work independently, but not alone. Key Real Estate Services works with a network of carefully chosen professionals and companies that I know will meet the standards I set for serving my clients. So while I provide the services that only a licensed real estate broker can, I call upon tradespeople, haulers, cleaners, and home stagers to prepare a property for sale as my clients’ needs warrant. I work with talented and reliable professionals to create and distribute marketing material appropriate for each client’s property while using technology to attract the greatest pool of potential buyers possible—globally, regionally, and locally. Behind the scenes, I work with a different group of talented and reliable professionals to provide administrative and business support for Key Real Estate Services so that I am free to focus on fulfilling the commitment I’ve made to my select clients.
My guiding principle is to meet the needs of each client based on how they prioritize time, money, and process.
- Time: If time is of the essence and a speedy sale is required, I employ proven techniques to attract competitive bids and expedite a sale quickly.
- Money: If income is the highest priority, I target market, continue to show, and negotiate aggressively to maximize a property’s income potential.
- Process: Whether my client is living in the property or is absent or distant, I accommodate a seller’s wishes and restrictions for when and how a property is shown.
